  • 中職自由球員年資目前規定從2003年開始計算，年資滿9年者即可申請成為自由球員，與國內外任何球隊接觸，第二次行使則需再等4年，年資計算方式原以125天為一年，昨會議中再新增投打出賽局數與場次，單球季只要達到80局或80場就可算滿一年，讓球員有更多方式累積年資。

  • 中華職棒昨召開常務理事會與領隊會議，常務理事會目的為通過富邦接手義大犀牛等事項，此次會議也是義大最後一次參與會議，富邦則是在領隊會議中，首次加入中職大家庭。領隊會議中，針對自由球員年資與補償金都增加新規定，將在明年球季結束後正式實施。
